Between $48,000 and $110,000 for most engagements. The number moves with the number of page types, whether we write the copy, and whether a migration is involved. We will give you a real figure after one call, not a range that turns out to be a negotiation.
Two to three months out, usually. We deliberately keep a handover gap between projects so nobody is mid-flight on two things at once. If something is genuinely urgent, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Often, and it usually goes better than the alternative. We work in your repository and your cloud tenancy, follow your review process, and write code your team can read. If your team is the reason the project is hard, that is useful information, not an obstacle.
You own everything, with documentation and a walkthrough. If you want us to keep going, that is a standing team on a monthly retainer. If you do not, the handover is complete enough that you could hire anyone to take it from there — and we will say so in writing at the end.
Yes, in writing, in week one, whether or not it costs us the work. Roughly one brief in five gets a smaller recommendation than the one it arrived with, and several of those projects became our longest relationships.
